Author Guidelines

1. General Formatting Requirements
  • Paper Format: All papers must be in A4 size using the provided template. The document should be saved as a “Word 97-2003 Document” (.doc format).
  • Page Limit: Full papers should not exceed 6 pages, including all text, figures, tables, and references.
  • Margins: Use the built-in margins specified in the template.
  • Font and Size: Use Times New Roman, 10 pt for the main text. Other font sizes are specified in the template for various sections.
2. Title and Author Information
  • Title: Should be clear, concise, and informative. Avoid using symbols, special characters, or mathematical notations.
  • Author Information: Include the full name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), department(s), city, country, and email addresses. Use the correct formatting as specified in the template.
3. Abstract
  • Content: The abstract should briefly summarize the research objective, problem, method, key results, and conclusion.
  • Length: Must be between 150-250 words.
  • Formatting: Use Times New Roman, 9 pt. Avoid using symbols, special characters, or mathematics.
4. Keywords
  • Provide 3-5 keywords relevant to your paper. List them in alphabetical order, separated by semicolons.
5. Main Text Structure
  • Introduction: Clearly state the background, objectives, and significance of the research.
  • Methods: Provide a detailed description of the methodology used in the research.
  • Results and Discussion: Present the findings and discuss their implications.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and contributions of your research.
6. Figures and Tables
  • Placement: Figures and tables should be placed at the top or bottom of the columns, not in the middle.
  • Numbering: Number figures and tables consecutively (e.g., Fig. 1, Table 1). Refer to all figures and tables in the text.
  • Captions and Titles: Figure captions should be below the figures, and table titles should be above the tables. Use Times New Roman, 8 pt for labels.
7. Equations
  • Formatting: Equations should be centered and numbered consecutively. Use Times New Roman or Symbol font for equations.
  • Referencing: Refer to equations using numbers in parentheses (e.g., (1)).
8. References
  • Style: Use the IEEE citation style. List references in the order they appear in the text.

9. Submission Instructions
  • Format: Submit the paper in Microsoft Word (.doc) format using the provided template.
  • File Naming: Name your file according to the conference guidelines.
  • Length: Ensure the paper does not exceed 6 pages. Papers longer than this will not be published.
10. Final Checks
  • Proofread your paper for spelling and grammar errors.
  • Ensure compliance with all formatting requirements.
  • Make sure all figures, tables, and references are properly cited and formatted.
11. Review Process
  • All papers will undergo a peer-review process. Submissions not adhering to the guidelines may be returned for revision or rejected.
